昨天早上起来就直接去图书馆了,手机放在实验室,感觉效率还是比较高的,下午去吃了黄焖鸡,吃的太饱了,很困,索性为了调整作息,就直接回宿舍睡觉了。

之后闹铃设置为睡觉后的 8 个小时,之前设置的太过于极限,早上睡也睡不好,起来也不想起来。今天感觉这样早上起来并不是很痛苦,也有可能是因为睡得比较早的缘故。然后调整作息,早上在实验室整理前一天的笔记,背单词,对前一天进行复盘等等……,中午去吃饭,吃完饭直接去图书馆(手机放在实验室),直到图书馆关门为止,然后回宿舍,差不多就 10 点半左右,然后直接上床睡觉。保证一下作息。

英语我觉得最近阅读这方面做起来已经比较顺手了,虽然正确率还是并没有上来,打算从今天开始加入翻译(先直接看笔记学习方法论)后面直接做。
